About the Founder
Rev. Dr. Arnold Hoskins
Rev. Dr. Arnold Hoskins is the Founder and President of Multi-Ethnic Ministries of America, Inc. With over 20 years ministry experience, he has a passion for people and the building of the kingdom of God. He holds both a Master’s Degree in Theology and a Doctorate in Management-Organizational Development and Change. Dr. Hoskins is a Certified Chaplain in Palliative Care and currently serves as the Manager of the Spiritual Care Department at Northwestern Medicine-Marianjoy in Wheaton, Illinois. Dr. Hoskins is also a published author, and his publications include The Art of Listening, Managing Your Grief, and Christian-Faith Intervention Strategies Healthcare Managers Use to Improve Palliative Care Nurse Performance. He has 4 children and is married to Trina Wynn Hoskins.
